New to managing a Windows VPS, the 24 hour support was really helpful and my server is now running beautifully.
Since I've had it set up it just works reliably and I've not had any problems recently. Nice to see it now backs up every day. Also it's cheap . Highly recommended (I've been using them almost a year now).
