Default good support and solution

hi

I rent Dedicated Server since July 2008.
First I had a trouble because I can not connect to
my rental server.

I contacted support team and they check it
and gave explanation that memory is not enough.

And that time they gave solution and in a short time
they can give new billing so that I can upgrade my
server immediately.

Good support and solution and quick response
