Well, I have to say it... These guys give unparalleled levels of support!

24/7 tech support via live chat is amazing!

One guy in particular, Alex. P, should be commended for his help!\

I did have some initial issues with my dedicated server as regards logging in, and missing hard drive, but the tech guys sorted it quickly, especially Alex p... He managed to turn me from a piss*d off customer, to a happy one!

Well done guys! Keep it up! - You are setting the standard for others to follow!!!

Yes I agree with you,

Most of my issues are solved on chat itself and their support staff is very friendly with me.

Glad to hear it. So many hosts out there - which will remain nameless - may seem all lovely on the outside but when you sign up and have handed over your hard earned money don't care very much for after care support and don't help with any such problems which you may run in to and need resolving. So nice one guys, hearing all positive stuff reading through this forum, still deciding hosting but this is swaying me!
