"My mails" of WHMCS

A simple question: In the customers section "My mails" of WHMCS, does it take note of the cancellation requests? And for auto sending the cancellation confirmation email to the customer- is that mail too logged in the "My mails" section?

Cancellation request done through billing system is disabled in our WHMCS, you need to mail the Cancellation request to billing@bodhost.com.
