FTP Account & Files Transfer Issue

Hi

If you have a FTP access, but you are not able to transfer any files, let me know the conditions, which helps to cause such kind of issue.

Such kind of issue may cause due to several reasons. If you exceeds your allotted disk space, then most probably it happens. In this situation you need to remove some files on the server and try again to transfer new files. And if you don't want to remove files, then simply contact web host to upgrade your package.
