It is a web hosting control panel developed by SWsoft. It is a complete software that manages the server and applications. It gives access to administrators to setup new websites / E-mail accounts / DNS solutions with the help of a interface.

It aims to reduce load on the server through its Auto systems and increase server profitability. It can handle both Linux as well as Windows platform and can designated to shared / virtual or dedicated server Hosting.Other features include MySQL, PostgreSQL databases, Tomcat Java server, ColdFusion server and game servers.

There are two types of Plesk Software -

a) For Linux/Unix that supports POSIX platform which includes Red Hat Linux / Fedora, SUSE, Debian/Ubuntu, FreeBSD and Mac OS X.

b) For Windows, it supports Windows Server 2003 OS.
