Currently I am using Google Analytics, but I'd like to opt some real time tracker software, which can help me to analyze web traffic and also it should not loads slow. Any recommendation?

In my opinion you should consider webalizer, which is pretty good for web site stats and normally comes with most of the popular control panels.

I would like to recommend Awstats, I am using it since long time and it generates real time web site traffic reports with simple graphs. However, you can also consider statcounter site, which provides code as similar to Google Analytics so you need to put that code on your web site to track the web traffic. :dancing:
