Alternative for Plesk?

I am facing a problem with Plesk control panel and now I really wan to switch from it. Does anyone know any other control panel, which is easy to use and well compatible with Windows environment?

I'd recommend WebsitePanel 1.0, which an upgraded version of DotNetPanel 2.8.14. WebsitePanel is a good choice since they enhanced DotNetPanel product by introducing WebsitePanel 1.0, which includes many eye catching features so this should become the best deal for you.
