How to detect fraud used proxy?

Hello To all

I am using Awstats to analyse my website back-links, while checking back-links I am slightly doubtful about some IP's. What I wan to know, is there any online tool or IP tracing software, which will detect fraud used proxy?

Hi

Take the doubtful IP address you think may be using a fraud proxy and scan all the ports on that IP. You should consider Advanced Admin tool. It offers great features.
