getting rid of my user account

I am referring to my user account in the Control Panel (not cPanel). I know where to remove it - through the access to the Control Panel and then User Accounts. There are four people using this personal computer and I am the administrator of my user account, the rest are "computer administrators; users" what will happen if I delete my account?

I think that only the computer administrator is allowed to delete user accounts in the control panel.

If you have your account deleted from the control panel you lose all your files in that computer.
