I am having this problem

Hello,

i was wondering if anyone is haveing the same problemb, i want to be able to use anonymous FTP,
when i enable it or disable it, i dont see any of the files in the public_FTP folder of mysite.
it currently shows these files,

FTP root at ftp.coolfacts.co.uk
