Is there someplace where I can do a tutorial or learn how to operate my CPanel so I can understand all of it's functions? There's a lot there and I don't want to mess things up trying on my own. I have a bad habit of screwing things up royally.Hammering

I have a VPS Hosting Package, btw

Yes you can take a look at the cPanel Web Server Hosting Tutorials we have. That should help you understand most of the part.

Although cPanel does have their own documentation on their website.

If I remember correctly, there should also be some video tutorials that can be accessed from inside your cPanel account. It should be somewhere under the "Preferences" section called "Video Tutorials", I think.

That's true, there are video tutorials in Control panel. With each function you want to do, you will notice one you click on it, there is a video to watch. They are helpful.
