Shane, my VPS still isn't working, ~20 hours later. All of the sites are down, and I've lost existing and prospective clients. That's issue 1.
Issue 2 is will I receive a credit for this, seeing as how the promise of 100% uptime was not kept?
Issue 3 is, again, why didn't the failover work? That's a big one, because if no one can answer this for me, that means that no one knows; and if no one knows why, then no one can fix it, and then it could happen again.
