I don't think you are right on this Maggie. Both of them are good enough and can be used by anyone. They might lack some features but they aren't too bad to be used.
I do agree that Internet Explorer has many features but they are all useful and a browser with a lot of features attracts many users towards it. Mozilla Firefox also has many features and I do not think that someone would face any problem using this.
