Yes, it is definitely possible to delete a MySQL user through cPanel control panel and you can follow the steps given below to do so :

1) Once the page loads you will see a table with the following information;

Database - This will be the name of the database you have created.

Size - This will show the Size of the database.

Users - This entry will show you the users in the database.

Actions - You will have one single choice:

Delete Database - You can delete a database by clicking this link.

Find the database you want to delete in the “Database” column once you see the table.

Now from the “Username” column, find the name of the user you want to delete.

In a circle icon, click on X.

You will see the following statement :

“Are you sure you wish to remove USERNAME User from the database DATABASE?”

6) Now click "Yes" and you are done.
