Do not believe in unlimited. There is always a catch.
Most "unlimited" type hosts will usually have a clause in their small print which enables them to suspend or interrupt service if they consider that your site is using too much of the server resources.

Have a look next time you come across one & you will usually find a clause in their terms & conditions along the lines of: "Unlimited Host reserves the right to determine what constitutes excessive use of server resources & will suspend without notice any customer who is in breach of this clause".

Essentially a server is a finite device. It does not have the capacity to offer customers unlimited disk space & the host does not have the capacity to offer unlimited bandwidth.
