Let us put it in this way:- A normal VPS and HyperV VPS are 2 different types of VPS with different virtualization platforms. Multiple VPSs are created on one Dedicated Server. Similarly, multiple HyperV VPSs are created on one Dedicated Server. However, both these have different server, they can't be setup on same main server. Simply, because of virtualization platform and the Operating System. Both have different OS.
