Hyper-V is Microsoft's answer to virtualisation. It seems to offer a way to run virtual machines, offer access to virtual hardware somehow. It allows you to run more than one operating system alongside each other so it should work both for VPS and I would guess for resellers? I'm trying to understand myself. ;)
