With my situation as I provide specialised hosting for many clients, I build the backup details into the Standard Form of Agreement for clients but modify depending on their requirements.
For a few sites with sensitive/mission critical data I backup as often as once an hour, sites with less needs, once a day possibly. It all depends on what my clients need.
Providing a blanket backup solution works for some, but not all.
