I don't agree. Windows servers is equivalent to linux web servers in terms with security of servers. All servers that have Windows Server 2003 installed should upgrade to the latest Windows Server 2008 OS which has better functionality.

For windows dedicated servers, they should look into hardware firewall as well. ;)
