I don't think that Cloud hosting providers will bill the customers on the basis of the usage. I think Cloud hosting providers will create plans like we have now for the hosting packages and servers

When it comes to the number of servers which will be included in the Cloud hosting setup, I believe, this depends on the kind of Cloud hosting provider you choose.
