Google dislikes bad quality content, or what is also known as articles for the search engines. It's basically content with absolutely no value except for being extremely full of keywords. People would not understand anything. And blogger blogs were full of it because people were using scripts like BANS to build an affiliate site in seconds. The result was that blogger blogs stopped ranking so high in the SERPs.
