The content of the website is certainly the most important factor and it should be the most important one as the basic purpose is to find relevant content, however, if you notice, some of the search results are now based upon the
PR of the website and the number of backlinks the webpage has got. Due to this reason, some of the visitors of search engines feel that the content of the website is given second priority :(
