Hi - I'm looking for a new VPS hosting service. My current one offers a 99.99 *server* uptime guarantee, however it's their network that frequently lets me down. A server that is churning away in a failed network is a technicality that doesn't work for me.
So... If "uptime" simply means that a customer can see my website in their browser window because your systems are all operational - will that kind of uptime be the case 99.99 percent of the time?
