I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your constant availability and willingness to share your knowledge! We're all living in a world of ever-growing technology and many of us (including myself) are still struggling to adapt and put all these resources to work. I've learned a great deal in a very short period by just reading your staff's threads and responses. It can be *extremely* difficult for newbies to cut through the jargon, but I've had little trouble understanding since I joined your community.

Thanks again for the dedication and helpful atmosphere. It's saved me a lot of time and will probably save me a LOT of money in the future! I hope this company and community continues to thrive, and I will definitely send my friends in your direction.
