Just cause you don't know linux doesn't mean you can go with it. In my opinion Linux is pretty much always the better choice for servers. You can do all the administrative stuff with your control panel. I learned linux by using a linux server at home which was a little embedded device so I had to do everything on the command line. There's only probably 10-15 commands you need to learn in linux to really be able to handle the shell.

Anyways, you can go with Windows if that is what you feel better with. You don't really need to know anything. Bodhost is fully managed, so they are always there to help you when you need it.
