Nope, if you have a domain name which is unused, you cannot have Google ads on it and earn money (as far as I know and I think this is right
). Infact, even if you have a site and you are working on it, you won't be able to have Google adsense on it until you have a specific amount of unique visitors on your site per month :( You can find more information about the process and Google adsense through below links :
