Which is your favorite one-click installer application? The ones I know of are Installatron, Fantastico, and Plesk Power Pack, though there might be others.

Of the three mentioned, my favorite will have to be Installatron. I find it less clunky than Fantastico (I admit, I haven't tried Plesk Power Pack), and it's a lot more up to date (new application versions are automatically downloaded via crontab as soon as they are released). You can even make your own Installatron app installer for any application, which is something you can't do in Fantastico, IIRC.
