I've used Trellis Desk and I have to say I really like it. It has a lot more features than osTicket, another helpdesk software I've used. The public knowledgebase in Trellis Desk, in particular, has helped to cut down the number of support requests. If you're looking for a feature-filled helpdesk solution, the Trellis Desk is definitely the way to go. ;)
