I've never used Yahoo Sitebuilder and only seen some screenshots of it, so I can't compare them, but RVSiteBuilder is easily the best of the web-based sitebuilders out there. You can see a demo and some sample sites at the maker's website, if you want (rvsitebuilder.com, of course), or simply use the one installed in your cPanel. Once you get the hang of it, RVSiteBuilder is a very powerful tool for making practically any kind of website.
