Yes, you can build the site at Yahoo using sitebuilder (would be a good choice for newbies building their own sites) & then ask us to move it across from their servers to ours.. but we may require access to the control panel or FTP, through which we'd be able to get the necessary web data from the earlier host/servers (Yahoo).
